Multi-Billion Dollar manufacturing company located in the Marshall Michigan area is looking for Manufacturing Engineer
JOB DUTIES
Plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing processes in a machining environment Identify root cause & corrective actions to solve issues with processes, systems, or equipment. This includes coordinating and leading initiatives with other departments when applicable Develop, evaluate & improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, material and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities Coordinate New Program Launches - Design, line layouts, capital procurement, equipment programming, setup, and training Develop / troubleshoot manufacturing processes to meet or exceed established metrics
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree 3+ years' experience working in a manufacturing environment 1+ year working in a machining environment Lean Manufacturing ng
