Report information such as warranty or component usage information to AASA internal customers such as Accounting. Organization of technical information including filing Engineering Change Notices, parts lists, drawings, technical instructions, and other information. Respond to communication requests from internal customers (remanufacturing lines, core receiving, etc.) Most communication will be with various AISIN groups, such as AWQUIS and AW-J in Japan, AWA-LA and Detroit, CQE-LA and AWTEC internally. Perform other responsibilities reasonably related to the specific job.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Preferred. 1 to 3 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is required. Expert usage of Microsoft tools is required, including in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Database software is a plus. Strong attention to detail. This job requires strong communication skills in English but occasionally in Japanese. Must be a hands-on, self-starter able to work with a minimum of supervision. Strong planning, time management, and project management skills. Sound analytical and problem solving skills, with an emphasis on a hands-on approach. Able to communicate and interact effectively with production staff, managers, and other departments.
