This contract opportunity offers hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, and production support within a fast-paced operational environment. Ideal for recent graduates or early-career engineers looking to build technical expertise while working alongside experienced engineering and operations teams. Responsibilities Perform engineering work in operations, production, construction, or maintenance environments. Design and scale up manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment; test manufactured products to ensure quality. Plan, design, and estimate time and costs; oversee construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems, and components. Analyze and develop solutions to engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment, systems, or component failures. Develop and apply engineering standards and procedures; advise on issues within the engineering field. Work independently using professional judgment, typically requiring a university degree or extensive practical experience. Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification required Understanding and application of procedures and concepts related to engineering discipline. Ability to make judgments based on prior experience and practice. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to manufacturing systems and equipment.
