Continuous Improvement Engineer Full-Time | Manufacturing Environment | Monday-Friday A leading manufacturer of premium refrigeration products is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence across its manufacturing operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on improvement leader who thrives in fast-paced production environments and is passionate about optimizing processes, reducing waste, and delivering measurable performance improvements. What You'll Get as a Process Improvement Engineer Competitive benefits package 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Paid time off starting at hire Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Employee referral program What You'll Do as a Process Improvement Engineer Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-reduction opportunities Drive Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and visual management initiatives Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality and reduce downtime Track and analyze KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost Partner with engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to implement improvements Support new product introductions (NPI) and manufacturing process validation Facilitate Kaizen events and training sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement Contribute to capital planning, equipment improvements, and long-term operational strategy What You Bring as a Process Improvement Engineer Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering 2-5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred) Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with ISO quality systems and performance metrics Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Hands-on mindset with a strong presence on the production floor This role is ideal for a results-driven engineer who enjoys balancing data-driven strategy with hands-on execution on the shop floor.
