Temporary Support precision manufacturing at a medical device company in Arden Hills, MN. As a Manufacturing Engineer with Advantage Technical, you'll own assigned production stations, drive process stability, and keep yields where they need to be — with room to grow through continuous improvement work. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Provide daily manufacturing support by reviewing yield, labor, and throughput performance Maintain ownership of assigned stations, equipment, and processes to ensure stable, controlled operations Identify and implement process and productivity improvements Support product/process documentation, equipment validation, and testing Troubleshoot product and process issues related to design, materials, or equipment Collaborate cross-functionally with R D, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain Train operators and technicians on new processes and test procedures Prepare reports and communicate results to technical stakeholders What You Bring BS in Engineering (0-1 year experience) Self-motivated with strong follow-through and ownership mindset Clear communicator — able to escalate issues and keep stakeholders informed Collaborative approach to cross-functional problem solving Medical device experience or exposure a plus (OQ, PQ, PMV) Benefits Competitive weekly pay Weekly direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Optional 401(k) Take the first step toward your next opportunity.
