Full Job Description Manufacturing Engineer I Location:

Arden Hills, MN (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate:

$40-43/hr

Duration:

Contract Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 1+ years of engineering experience Medical device manufacturing experience or exposure preferred Experience with Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), or Process Validation (PMV) preferred Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Self-motivated with strong execution and follow-through Responsibilities Support daily manufacturing operations, including yield, throughput, and process performance Own and maintain assigned manufacturing equipment, processes, and workstations Troubleshoot process, material, and equipment issues Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives Perform engineering testing, validation, and experiments Analyze data and provide technical recommendations Maintain engineering documentation and technical reports Partner with Quality, R D, Production, and other cross-functional teams Train production operators on manufacturing processes and procedures Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
