Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and drive excellence in our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing systems to ensure high-quality production, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Duties Develop and improve manufacturing processes, focusing on plastics injection molding, assembly lines, and fabrication techniques to maximize efficiency and quality. Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and jigs using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, and AutoCAD to support manufacturing operations. Program and troubleshoot robotics, CNC machines Conduct root cause analysis on production issues, implementing corrective actions to eliminate defects and reduce downtime. Create detailed schematics, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation in accordance with
ISO 9001
standards. Lead projects involving process engineering, lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and factory layout optimization. Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion Create detailed schematics of systems and machinery for production purposes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field; advanced certifications in manufacturing or process engineering are a plus. Proven experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with hands-on knowledge of factory operation and lean manufacturing. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with expertise in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD or similar tools. Experience programming CNC machines, robots (robot programming),

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
