8 months With Possible Extension Job Summary Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process improvements, and equipment optimization in a dynamic production environment. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost Key Responsibilities Lead and execute manufacturing engineering projects and technical initiatives es.

Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solution Evaluate process, equipment, and system impacts when making changes Support verification, validation, and continuous improvement activities Drive Lean initiatives including 5S, A3 problem-solving, standard work, and waste reduction Collaborate with operators, technicians, and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performances Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards Spend significant time on the manufacturing floor supporting production activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Software, or related Engineering field 0-5 years of engineering experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ski Excellent communication and teamwork ability Ability to work independently and drive tasks .Manufacturing internship or production environment experience preferred
