Design or source tools, fixtures, jigs, and machinery to support production.
Conduct analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency gains.

Identify and minimize environmental and safety impacts in manufacturing processes.
Provide daily manufacturing support and troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
Participate in new product launches and establish process parameters.
Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams to ensure operational success. Perform offline programming for lasers, benders, and other manufacturing equipment as needed. experience 4-7 years skills 5+ years of experience in a large organizations manufacturing role.
Preferred bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
