  • $50 - $55 per hour (W2) We are seeking a
  • "Sr Manufacturing Engineer"
  • to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
  • Position Summary
  • The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support production schedules while improving productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Manage projects related to: + New production equipment + Process improvements + Cost reduction initiatives + New product introductions + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians.
+ Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations. + Improve product quality, labor efficiency, and throughput using Lean Manufacturing concepts. + Coordinate the design, procurement, build, and debugging of tooling, machinery, and test equipment. + Collaborate with Product Development teams to support Design for Manufacturability (DFM). + Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Required Qualifications
  • + 3-5 years of Manufacturing, Quality, or Packaging experience. + 3-5 years of experience with: + Six Sigma methodologies + Process improvement initiatives + 1-2 years of Power BI experience. + Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. + Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Engineering degree preferred (any discipline, including international degrees).
