Job Description

Company Overview Eagle Lake Manufacturing is a precision machine shop specializing in the machining of Hydraulic Manifolds. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable components through innovative manufacturing processes and a commitment to continuous improvement. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will drive manufacturing excellence by optimizing production processes, implementing innovative solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance product quality, and support our growth in the manufacturing of complex hydraulic components. Duties- Develop, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes for hydraulic manifolds. Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and fabrication methods to enhance Manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Program and troubleshoot 4 and 5 axis Machining Centers using Esprit Cam Software. Assist in programming and setting up Fanuc Robot Cells. Experience- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in Machining, tooling setup, and fabrication processes. Proficiency in CAM software (Preferably Esprit). Experience with lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, and factory floor optimization. Attention to detail with a proven track record.
Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
