Job Description

Develops oneself to become the Subject Matter Expert on the global and local processes across different Operations areas and product families. Develops oneself to become the Subject Matter Expert responsible for the development, implementation, continuous improvement and daily support of all production software. Identifies and drives improvement projects and initiatives to support Cost, Quality, Delivery and Safety initiatives. Participates in project team meetings, manages tasks, schedule and deliverables for achieving successful on schedule completion with a high degree of quality and attention to detail. Proactively identifies growth and development opportunities within their role both technical and professional and drives for continual improvement. Performs other duties as assigned. Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.) Lead through vision. Keep the Company's vision at the forefront in decision-making and action. Knowledge of relevant product development methods and best practices (i.e. Design for Manufacturing, PFMEA, Lean, Agile development). Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills required. Excellent people skills required. Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations. Advanced knowledge of

BS in Engineering or related fieldPreferred Education:
Advanced degree in Engineering or related fieldExperience:
Hearing or medical device experience preferred. Understanding of LEAN methodologies, the tools and has experience using them. 2+ years of experience in a production environment with assembly and leading engineering projects.Travel:
Limited travel as needed by project. 2-3 weeks annually.Other:

Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $80,000 to $90,000 /yr. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
