) + Leads by example living our core values. + Develops oneself to become the Subject Matter Expert on the global and local processes across different Operations areas and product families. + Develops oneself to become the Subject Matter Expert responsible for the development, implementation, continuous improvement and daily support of all production software. + Identifies and drives improvement projects and initiatives to support Cost, Quality, Delivery and Safety initiatives. + Participates in project team meetings, manages tasks, schedule and deliverables for achieving successful on schedule completion with a high degree of quality and attention to detail. + Proactively identifies growth and development opportunities within their role both technical and professional and drives for continual improvement. + Performs other duties as assigned.

• Required Education:

• + BS in Engineering or related field

• Preferred Education:

• + Advanced degree in Engineering or related field

• Experience:

• + Hearing or medical device experience preferred. + Understanding of LEAN methodologies, the tools and has experience using them. + 2+ years of experience in a production environment with assembly and leading engineering projects.

• + Limited travel as needed by project. 2-3 weeks annually.

• Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $80,000 to $90,000 /yr.

In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
