As we continue to grow, our facility is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support production operations, and lead the implementation of new products to increase efficiency, quality, and overall manufacturing performance. What You Will Be Doing Lead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from design through full implementation Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes Develop and optimize production methods, including equipment layout and process design Implement continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical support across operations What You Need for This Position Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field Strong manufacturing knowledge with Lean and process improvement experience Proven project management and ability to handle multiple priorities Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and CAD software What's In It for You Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k with matching) and more!
