MFD ME (May 26) 1 A growing and well-established manufacturing organization in the Willmar area is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This individual will utilize lean manufacturing principles, six-sigma problem solving strategies, and creative design solutions to improve and implement processes that drive continuous improvements throughout the entire facility. This is a hands-on role focused on improving equipment performance, driving efficiency, and supporting new product and automation initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving real-world problems, and making a measurable impact on production and cost. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team that constantly works to improve safety, functionality, and repeatability of all processes involved in manufacturing. There will be a healthy balance of desk/shop floor work with the opportunity to attend specialized training as needed for your role. Problem solving and Project management skills are critical in this role. Any experience with the following items are preferred: CAD (SolidWorks preferred) Welding (manual/robotic) Painting (powder coating/wet paint)
ROPS/FOPS
