Your Impact As an Experienced Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling production readiness, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring the successful build of complex aerospace subsystems. Your work will directly influence the quality, safety, and delivery of advanced aircraft components—helping bring high-performance aviation technology from design to reality. What You'll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for aircraft subsystems Ensure production readiness by identifying risks, improving workflows, and optimizing operations Support manufacturing operations by enhancing efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery Apply data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives Participate in design reviews, providing manufacturability and assembly feedback Support composite fabrication and subsystem production activities Contribute to the integration of 3D model-based instructions and digital manufacturing tools Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve technical and process challenges What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combinations of education and experience) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles Ability to work onsite full-time and support assigned shift (1st or 2nd) Preferred Qualifications Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering Experience in composite fabrication and aerospace manufacturing environments Familiarity with defense or aerospace industry programs Experience with 3D model-based definition/instruction systems Hands-on experience with tools such as CREO, CATIA, MES, DELMIA, ProModel, FlexSim, or similar Exposure to Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci) Experience in collaborative digital environments (e.g., multi-monitor engineering rooms, visualization tools) Why Join Us At PDS Tech Commercial, you'll be part of a team that supports innovation at the highest level of aerospace engineering. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details:
