Manufacturing Engineer Location:
Hazelwood, Missouri (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled engineering professional to drive the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies within a collaborative team environment. Our team values technical expertise, process improvement, and proactive problem-solving to deliver on critical organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies, integrating technical solutions across multiple engineering disciplines. Lead and execute manufacturing plans, ensuring readiness for complex problem-solving and process improvements. Conduct producibility and variation analyses to align process capabilities with defined requirements and project objectives. Analyze design/build concepts, resolve technical challenges impacting performance, cost, or schedule, and drive best practices documentation.
Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. 5 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD with 4 years' related work experience or Master with 7 years' related work experience). Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, and work instructions. Ability to successfully complete on-the-job or formal classroom training as a condition of assignment.
