Job Description

Job Description A large telecom company is looking for an experienced Salesforce FSM SME / Lead to join their growing team in support of a new project to roll Salesforce out as their new workforce management tool. This role will start with the Global design phase to provide oversight and governance, as well as to get a good understanding of what exactly is being implemented. This role requires a consulting background and will partner with the system integrator that is also supporting the project. The role requires on site attendance four days a week in Maryland Heights, Missouri. This role responsible for guiding the strategic direction, design, and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions. This role combines deep product knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (formerly Field Service Lightning) with leadership skills to optimize on-site service operations, scheduling, and technician productivity.   • 10+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with at least 5+ years specializing in Salesforce implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Field Service (SFS), Service Cloud, and Force.com platform functionality (configuration, Apex triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
  • In-depth understanding of field service operations (scheduling optimization, inventory tracking, dispatching).
  • Ability to work on site 4 days a week in Maryland Heights, MO Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, or Field Service Consultant credentials are highly preferred.
