Job Description

About the Role As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will drive operational excellence by optimizing production workflows and enhancing system efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in scaling output and ensuring high-quality standards through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Design and implement process improvements to maximize manufacturing throughput and operational efficiency. Partner with external vendors to establish robust testing protocols and validate new equipment performance. Conduct comprehensive workflow and facility layout analyses to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline production cycles. Generate detailed performance reports and perform rigorous cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making. Oversee the lifecycle of production machinery, including scheduling preventative maintenance and coordinating necessary repairs. Mentor and coach technical staff to elevate team performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Develop master production schedules and maintain strict oversight of departmental budgets. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline. Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, leadership, and professional communication. Advanced proficiency in computer systems and data analysis software. Ability to perform essential physical tasks including light lifting and sustained periods of desk-based work. Preferred Skills 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
