This role is a hands-on manufacturing engineering position responsible for supporting production, improving processes, and driving efficiency across operations. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing manufacturing systems while working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and systems. Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis. Recommend and implement process improvements related to workflow, equipment, and layout. Support production and maintenance teams with technical problem solving. Assist with machine setup, equipment troubleshooting, and resolving product deviations. Perform in-process checks to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards. Collaborate across teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records. Handle sensitive technical and manufacturing information in accordance with company policies. Essential Skills Mechanical engineering background. Experience in metal fabrication and manufacturing. Proficient in troubleshooting production and process-related issues. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and engineering principles. Effective communication across production, engineering, and leadership teams. Ability to analyze data and independently solve complex problems. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. Experience working in metal fabrication, welded assemblies, or similar environments preferred. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build relationships across departments and support team collaboration.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
