Job Description

job summary: We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer in St. Louis, MO who has experience with the implementation of assembly and testing processes for a manufacturing client. This role will be responsible for both implementing and ultimately managing daily production assembly operations and product testing activities. This is a direct-hire role with a growing company supporting the production of a new product.
location:
St. Louis, Missouri job type: Permanent salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Develop and implement assembly and testing procedures, quality control processes, and corrective actions.

Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for assembly and testing.

Ensure products are assembled efficiently, tested thoroughly, and delivered according to quality, safety, and production standards.

Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Support production by troubleshooting assembly and testing issues, identifying defects, and driving improvements in yield and reliability.
