This role focuses on process efficiency, quality improvement, and day-to-day production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Please note : This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively "items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these regulations, it may be necessary for TE to verify a candidate's national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required prior to releasing its technologies to the candidate. If TE determines that TE will require a license or will be prohibited by applicable laws from providing the candidate with items necessary for the performance of this position, then TE expressly reserves the right to either a) make an offer of employment contingent upon TE receiving required export licenses from the appropriate government agency, b) consider the candidate for a different position that is not subject to such restrictions, on whatever terms and conditions TE shall establish in its sole discretion, or c) decline to move forward with the candidate's application. Job Requirements Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts. Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations and resolve production issues. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve process and product issues. Support new product introductions, including process development, tooling, and documentation. Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Support capital equipment projects, including justification, selection, and implementation. What your background should look like Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred or equivalent work experience will be considered. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience supporting production operations and resolving process issues. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification. Experience supporting automation or advanced manufacturing equipment.

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $84,300
  • 105,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
