Construction Manufacturer Description:
This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company. The Manufacturing Engineer will support production operations and continuous improvement efforts within a complex manufacturing environment. This role will focus on evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues, supporting new product introductions, and driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. The ideal candidate will have experience developing ROI-driven capital improvement proposals, collaborating with equipment vendors and suppliers, and supporting fabrication and assembly operations. Strong problem solving skills, a hands on manufacturing mindset, and experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies are preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in process improvement, capital project, and manufacturing support experience Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred Background in heavy industrial/engineered manufacturing supporting complex assemblies, fabrication, and production systems preferred Exposure to mechanical assembly, structural, welding and piping preferred Must have experience independently developing ROI analyses and presenting business cases for approval Must have experience with design software Automation & Robotics knowledge strongly preferred By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
