Job Description
In this position your primary responsibilities will focus on planning and improving factory floor layouts, equipment integration, and manufacturing processes to support safe, efficient, and scalable production. This role will help define what is needed for new equipment, tooling, workflow, process controls, and production readiness, including the required documentation, validation, and training materials. The position serves as a technical bridge between engineering, operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership to ensure new processes are practical, controlled, and ready for execution on the production floor About Airspeed LLC Airspeed produces high-end components through plastic injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, die casting, and custom cable assemblies. We also manage sub-assembly across a range of components, streamlining assembly under a single manufacturing partner. At our facilities, we design and build the tooling that supports your projects. This end-to-end process allows us to match program requirements, sourcing strategy, and total landed cost goals while reducing supply chain complexity. We deliver stable execution and measurable follow-through.
