Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards, including internal operating systems and
ISO/IATF
requirements Demonstrate and promote company core values while working collaboratively within the team Assist engineering and production teams in meeting key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and efficiency Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S and continuous improvement activities Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to understand machining processes Assist in estimating machining cycle times, tooling, and equipment needs Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, and purchasing teams on process development and improvements Provide general project and documentation support as needed
Education:
Currently pursuing a 2- or 4-year degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic understanding or strong interest in CNC machining and manufacturing processes Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; exposure to CAD software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) is a plus Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on setting
