36 months with possible extension Key Responsibilities Act as the manufacturing representative on cross-functional customer teams, supporting BOM updates and releases, processing Engineering and Manufacturing Change Orders (ECO/MCO), and training production operators. Develop and maintain routings, work methods, layouts, tooling, cost estimates, quality plans, and labor standards for new and existing parts or moderately complex programs. Support day-to-day manufacturing operations by troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and implementing improvements related to material flow, capacity, and productivity. Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity for small to mid-sized projects, leveraging a variety of electronic tools. Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including line and process design, line balancing, material presentation systems (Kanban), visual management (5S), and/or tooling design. Understanding of ergonomics and safe manufacturing practices. Familiarity with World Class Quality methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, DFM/DFA, FMEA, and mistake-proofing techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills & Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Knowledge of Change Management Systems. Familiarity with ERP systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a minimum of four (4) years of relevant manufacturing experience.
