- John Deere Electronic Solutions This is a high-impact, long-term 2+ year contract opportunity paying up to $38/hr , including 1 Week of PTO .
Position Details & Compensation Pay Rate:
Up to $38/hr (W2).Location:
100% Onsite in Fargo, ND.Duration:
2+ Years.Shift:
1st Shift (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM), with flexibility for an earlier start.

Not available now or in the future.Core Responsibilities Process Engineering:
Establish routings, methods, layouts, and labor standards for new and current parts. Support Bill of Materials (BOM) updates and process change orders (ECO/MCO).Operational Support:
Provide daily troubleshooting for current operations. Investigate issues, analyze data, and implement solutions to improve material flow and productivity.Continuous Improvement:
Innovate and implement improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity (SQDP). Utilize electronic tools to optimize manufacturing cycles.Quality & Safety:
Ensure line designs incorporate ergonomics and safety techniques while adhering to quality systems such as ISO-9001 and FMEA.Operator Support:
Provide technical training to production operators on new releases and updated methods.Required Skills & Experience Technical Knowledge:
Proven experience with manufacturing processes, including line design, material presentation (Kanban), and visual management (5S).Quality Methods:
Familiarity with Six Sigma, DFM/DFA, and Mistake-Proofing.Problem Solving:
Demonstrated ability to investigate complex production issues and implement sustainable resolutions.Software:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Education:
B.S. Degree in Engineering and/or 4+ years of related manufacturing experience. What Makes You Stand Out Strong analytical skills and experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
