Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree inEngineering:
Preferably in Electrical, Mechatronics, or a closely related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. OR an Associate's degree inEngineering:
Preferably in Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in a manufacturing environment experience minimum required. Expertise in SCADA systems, robotics, warehouse automation, and new technology evaluations and implementations. Strong understanding of modern manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts. 3+ years' experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience in leading and/or participating in warehouse and factory automationor Industry 4.0 projects. Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Financial acumen (as related to project management skills- ) Experienced in business case development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments in the manufacturing sector. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in automation and Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. robotics, foundational data, IoT) Location- this role is based in: Lincoln NE Please save a copy of the job description, as this may be helpful to refer to once the advert closes.
