Job DescriptionThis assignment provides a diverse experience in the functions and needs of a rubber manufacturing group. The selected individual will be involved in the support of the Mechanical and Process Engineering Team

JOB DUTIES

Update and create CAD models for manufacturing machinery and toolingSupport machine design and modification projectsMaintain and organize engineering drawings and documentationWork on data gathering to help assist in process improvement projectsEdit and compile plant-wide communicationsQualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

Minimum GPA 3.0; 15 credit hours completedMinimum 1.5 years of remaining undergraduate studiesMinimum 1.0 years of CAD experience through school or employment (Solidworks, Inventor, Creo, etc.)

DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

2+ years remaining until completion of a Bachelor's degreeFundamental mechanical design experienceMechanical Engineering major is preferred but will consider any Engineering degreeAdditional InformationFlexible work schedule to work around school scheduleAbility to flex up to 40 hours per week when school is not in session.
