Will also be responsible for scheduling part production and overseeing and assigning lathe operators. Prior experience with setting up, programming, and operating CNC Lathes is required. In the role of CNC Lathe Lead, you will oversee the operation and programming of CNC lathes, ensuring precision and quality in manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, your core skills in blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge will be essential for interpreting designs and specifications. You will utilize premium skills such as CNC programming and GD&T to optimize production efficiency. Your relevant experience in quality control and tooling will contribute to maintaining high standards in our manufacturing facility.
