Job Description
Job Title:
Manufacturing EngineerWAGE TYPE
HourlyESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.- Work closely with Team Leaders and Management for process improvement.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers.
- Find new suppliers when needed.
- Qualify new equipment for new processes and improving existing ones.
- Implement changes to improve efficiency.
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Implement quality control systems to ensure product specifications.
- Any other tasks as required to fulfill Tri-V's, values, and commitment to quality.
- Use SolidWorks to create drawings, and prints.
- Update and fix our automated systems.

Hr:
- Monday
- Thursday; 6:00AM
- 4:30PM
- Friday; 6:00AM
- 2:30PM
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/orExperience:
Expected:
A.A.S. or B.S. degree in Manufacturing Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering position. Experience and knowledge of SolidWorks.Preferred:
An in depth understanding of statistical processes to evaluate process capability. Previous molding experience. have a working knowledge of electrical components and automation.Communication Skills:
- Ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees and Management.
- The ability to work well with others by effectively interacting, cooperating, collaborating, and managing conflicts with other people to complete tasks and achieve shared goals.
- Ability to do basic shop mathematical procedures.
Other:
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required, with reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to work well with others in a team setting to get all assigned tasks completed in a timely manner with high-quality standards.
- Must be able to work in a hands-on environment.
- Fine motor skills.
- Demonstrate complete and consistent independence when completing every job task in a timely manner with excellent quality.
