May be provided on a case-by-case basis About the Role Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to join a growing industrial manufacturing organization. This position will focus on improving manufacturing processes, supporting production, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working closely with production teams. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction Support production operations by troubleshooting process-related issues Develop and implement process improvements and standard work procedures Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams on new product introductions Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Assist with documentation including process flows, work instructions, and technical reports Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement efforts Provide engineering support to the manufacturing floor as needed Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering preferred Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment Experience with CAD software, ERP systems, or manufacturing systems is a plus Strong communication and documentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Solidworks and Jira Preferred Experience Experience in industrial manufacturing environments Knowledge of process optimization and workflow analysis Exposure to quality systems and engineering change processes Hands-on troubleshooting and production support experience ECO Systems (Enclosed Conductor Rail) ECR Systems (Exposed Conductor Rail)
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
