Position Details:
Up to $95,000 base salary 5% annual bonus In-office, Monday-Friday Flexible schedule within plant operating hours (6:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Up to 40% travel This role combines Warranty Engineering and Project Quality responsibilities, focusing on warranty investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, project risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Project Management, Manufacturing, Testing, Field Service, and Quality teams to improve product performance and reduce warranty-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3-7 years of engineering, quality, manufacturing, or warranty experience ASQ CQE certification or equivalent preferred Experience with root cause analysis, failure investigations, and corrective actions Proficiency with 8D, CAPA, PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plans, and Inspection Plans Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication, and weldments Strong Excel skills; experience with Minitab, Power BI, or statistical analysis tools is a plus Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
