This role focuses on analyzing warranty data, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions across design, manufacturing, and suppliers. Travel up to 50% Domestically Key Responsibilities Warranty Data Analysis
  • Analyze warranty claims, returns, and failure trends to identify recurring issues
  • Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Minitab for data analysis
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key warranty metrics
  • Identify patterns such as high failure rates or systemic defects Root Cause Investigation
  • Perform failure analysis, including teardown and evaluation of defective components
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to determine failure modes and contributing factors Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  • Drive corrective actions across: Product design (engineering changes) Manufacturing processes Supplier quality improvements
  • Track effectiveness and sustainability of corrective actions
  • Ensure issues are resolved and do not recur Customer & Field Interface
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and: Customers Field service teams Warranty departments
  • Translate customer complaints and field issues into actionable technical problems
  • Support resolution of escalated customer concerns Supplier Quality
  • Work with suppliers to resolve defective components and quality issues
  • Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)
  • Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in quality engineering with warranty or field failure analysis
  • Experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, suppliers) #GRP2
