This role works closely with engineering, production, quality, and sales teams to create practical, manufacturable, and high-quality solutions that meet customer and company requirements. Responsibilities Design and develop window and door products, components, and assembly processes Create and revise drawings, specifications, and bills of materials Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are efficient and manufacturable Support product testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts Review product performance, materials, and compliance standards Assist with cost reduction, process improvement, and product standardization Maintain accurate engineering documentation and change records Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred Experience in window, door, building products, or manufacturing design preferred Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCad, SolidWorks, or similar programs Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and product testing is a plus What We Offers Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work on innovative products Collaborative team environment Career growth and development opportunities Join our team and help design high-quality window products that combine performance, durability, and efficiency.
