Pay Range:
$75,000 - $90,000 + Bonus
Location:
Keene, NH Job Description We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive continuous improvement across the facility. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve overall manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and output Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Support initiatives focused on quality, cost reduction, and productivity Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions Assist with new product launches and production readiness Work with quality and operations teams to resolve defects and improve consistency Participate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects Ensurepliance with safety and quality standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of machining, assembly, or industrial processes Experience with process improvement and problem-solving methods Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strongmunication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Schedule Monday - Friday Why Competitive salary with bonus potential Opportunity to work in a high-precision manufacturing environment Direct impact on operations and continuous improvement Strong long-term growth opportunities If you are interested in this position, please using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
Pay Details:
