Job Description:
Manufacturing Engineer A growing production organization is adding a Manufacturing Engineer to help strengthen shop floor performance, improve repeatability, and support a culture of practical continuous improvement. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working close to operations, solving real production issues, and helping turn good processes into scalable, well-documented systems. The role is especially well suited for an engineer with solid mechanical instincts, a hands on mindset, and experience improving manufacturing workflows in a fast moving environment.
This Role Offe rs:
Direct visibility into manufacturing performance and the chance to influence efficiency, quality, and day to day executi on.

A hands on engineering environment where practical ideas are valued and quickly put into acti on.

Close partnership with production and quality teams on meaningful process improvement wo rk.

Exposure to mechanical manufacturing operations, tooling, documentation, and standardization effor ts.

Longer term growth potential within a stable and evolving operati on.
Fo cus:
Build and update work instructions, standard operating procedures, and other manufacturing documentation that support safe, consistent product ion.

Evaluate current workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements that increase throughput, reduce waste, and strengthen quality performa nce.

Partner with production personnel to troubleshoot recurring issues and convert short term fixes into lasting process improveme nts.

Support the design or refinement of fixtures and tooling used to improve manufacturability and shop floor efficie ncy.

Review production data and operating trends to identify bottlenecks, variation, and opportunities for better performa nce.

Work cross functionally with operations and quality stakeholders to support continuous improvement efforts and stronger process cont rol.

Help create practical, repeatable methods that improve output while supporting cost, quality, and delivery objecti ves.
Skill Set:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Process Engineering, or a closely related engineering discip line.

Experience in manufacturing engineering with a track record of process optimization or process improve ment.

Experience creating SOPs, work instructions, or other manufacturing documenta tion.

Strong Excel skills and solid mechanical apti tude.

Exposure to fixture or tooling design is prefe rred.

Ability to work effectively with production teams and communicate technical ideas cle arly.
