Job Description:
Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize regulated production operations for advanced medical/pharmaceutical products. This hands-on role will focus on improving manufacturing efficiency, increasing yields, reducing cycle times, and supporting scalable production in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, throughput, and product quality. Support yield improvements, cycle time reduction, and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, PFMEAs, process flows, and validation protocols. Lead or support equipment and process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ). Provide hands-on engineering support on the production floor and assist with CAPA and nonconformance investigations. Evaluate tooling, fixtures, automation, and production layouts to improve operational performance and ergonomics.
