- Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Process Optimization Specialist to support operational excellence across our manufacturing facility.
This role serves as the primary connection between U.S. operations and global headquarters, ensuring timely reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment on engineering and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, support equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programs, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance. This position works closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between U.S. operations and global headquarters. Prepare and present operational reports, data, and presentations to HQ leadership. Support engineering, automation, and AI initiatives to improve manufacturing processes. Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and preventive maintenance programs. Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. Lead process improvement projects focused on reducing waste and increasing throughput. Develop and track KPIs to support data-driven decision making. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or process improvement. Exposure to manufacturing environments preferred. Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing industries is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred. Good working knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to use AI to improve processes and increase efficiency. Bilingual in Korean and English required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
