  • Lead the design, construction, installation, and life cycle management of capital equipment and manufacturing systems within budget, scope, schedule, and safety constraints
  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing and maintenance operations through planning, executing, and sustaining multiple concurrent projects
  • Drive improvements in manufacturing performance, asset reliability, and facility capability across the organization
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives through structured project execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management
  • Leverage data-driven decision-making to maintain and upgrade facilities and equipment to support current and future operational needs Key Requirements
  • BS Degree in Engineering required
