- Lead the design, construction, installation, and life cycle management of capital equipment and manufacturing systems within budget, scope, schedule, and safety constraints
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing and maintenance operations through planning, executing, and sustaining multiple concurrent projects
- Drive improvements in manufacturing performance, asset reliability, and facility capability across the organization
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives through structured project execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to maintain and upgrade facilities and equipment to support current and future operational needs Key Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering required
