Position Duties/Responsibilities You will serve as a nationally recognized authority responsible for shaping the future of Additive/Advanced Manufacturing (AM) technology for the

NAVAIR/NAWCAD.

You will conceive, plan, and lead a full spectrum of research and development initiatives, from uncharted, independent research to the development of advanced manufacturing methodologies. You will drive innovation in areas like 3D printing, composites, and novel materials to produce tangible AM solutions for industrial and U.S. Navy applications. You will manage complex programs and interdisciplinary teams through the entire lifecycle, from Science and Technology and development to acquisition and in-service engineering, ensuring new capabilities are successfully transitioned. You will provide authoritative technical consultation and expert advice to senior leadership within NAWCAD, NAVAIR, and externally to strategic partners like ONR, DARPA, PEOs, and other SYSCOMs. Minimum Salary 197200 Maximum Salary 209600
