We're looking for an Automation Engineer to support high-impact manufacturing projects focused on improving uptime, modernizing controls systems, and driving production efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you'll be working directly with equipment, not stuck behind a desk. You'll step into an environment where your work immediately impacts production performance. What You'll Be Doing Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (Allen-Bradley / Siemens) Support commissioning, startup, and integration of new equipment Diagnose and resolve controls and automation issues on production lines Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams Lead or support upgrades from legacy systems to modern PLC-based controls Improve system reliability, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on automation/controls experience in manufacturing Strong PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens) Experience withHMI/SCADA
systems (Ignition is a plus) Ability to troubleshoot electrical and controls systems in real time Experience with commissioning and project-based work preferred Comfortable being on the floor and owning problems start to finish Why This Role Immediate impact- your work directly improves production uptime Project-driven
