Your expertise in CAM software and technical machining will directly impact our ability to deliver quality parts that meet rigorous engineering specifications. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs to ensure efficient production cycles and high-quality output. Execute machine setups and changeovers, ensuring all tooling and fixtures are calibrated for precision. Verify product integrity by performing detailed inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools. Analyze technical drawings and blueprints to determine optimal machining sequences and tolerances. Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards of operational efficiency and workplace communication. Troubleshoot machining processes to resolve technical challenges and minimize downtime. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in CNC programming, setup, and operation. Proficiency in utilizing CAM software for complex part manufacturing. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret detailed engineering specifications. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred Skills Experience operating multi-axis CNC milling centers. Background in high-precision or custom component manufacturing. Familiarity with CAD/CAM integration and advanced CNC tooling strategies.
