You will play a critical role in ensuring that high-precision components meet exact specifications, directly impacting the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing output. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software to maximize production efficiency. Execute precise machine setups and changeovers to ensure seamless transitions between complex projects. Perform rigorous quality inspections using micrometers and calipers to guarantee dimensional accuracy. Analyze technical drawings and blueprints to determine optimal machining sequences and tolerances. Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards of communication and operational workflow. Troubleshoot technical issues during the machining process to minimize downtime and maintain output targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with established shop protocols. Qualifications Required Skills Proven proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in CNC tooling and troubleshooting. Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications. Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Preferred Skills Experience with multi-axis CNC lathe systems such as Mazak, Haas, or Okuma. Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM software integration. Background in high-precision or custom manufacturing environments.
