Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer Arcade, NY | Full-Time | On-Site We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing Engineering team in Arcade, NY. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing manufacturing processes, improving material flow, reducing waste, and supporting new product and equipment launches throughout our production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving operational performance, and working closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Optimize manufacturing processes, work center layouts, and material flow to improve productivity and efficiency Lead Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives throughout the facility Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Drive improvements in cycle times, setup times, throughput, and overall lead times Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) Support new product introductions and equipment installations Create and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation Collaborate with Production, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence
Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing engineering, process improvement, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement experience Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and process optimization Experience improving manufacturing processes and production efficiency Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills ERP system experience preferred CNC machining experience highly preferred Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, or manufacturing ERP systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred Why Apply?
