EAS focuses on cutting-edge energy solutions for the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. Compensation Range:
$70,000 to $90,000 Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set. Learn More About EAS Job Purpose As a Manufacturing Methods Engineer I you will be responsible for creating, documenting, modifying, optimizing, implementing and monitoring procedures used to assemble, process and test batteries and charging systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the development, evaluation and improvement of the manufacturing and the assembly process; also optimize methods to obtain maximum productivity levels. Aid in recommending engineering design changes and identifying potential areas of improvement. Assist with development and maintenance process work instructions. Collaborate with the development and processing of flow charts. Collect data to drive continuous process improvement. Facilitate process control and process improvement activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or manufacturing discipline. 3+ years of engineering experience. Working knowledge in manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies. Interpersonal and team working skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
