Job Summary The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in improving production performance, implementing new manufacturing technologies, and driving continuous improvement across operations. This position will lead capital equipment projects, optimize manufacturing processes, and partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and sales to support new product development and production efficiency. Primary Duties in the Following areas Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization Capital Projects & Equipment Implementation Project Management New Product Development Support Data Analysis & Manufacturing Metrics Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline with 2-5 years in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment. Experience with ERP systems (M2M or similar), CAD software, MS Excel and MS Word.
