Job Description:
Position Summary Responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes. Manufacturing Engineers analyze products and methods to innovate both new and existing operations. Leveraging their expertise in a collaborative team environment, they drive enhancements that reduce cycle times, elevate product quality, and generate significant cost savings
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure product stability and support manufacturing by designing robust process capabilities, establishing standards, and continually improving the manufacturing process. Optimize & innovate manufacturing, production process, machine operations and overall performance. Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing & other departments to troubleshoot production needs. Upgrade systems and processes with new technology. Meet customer deadlines on quotes. Design & develop manufacturing process, tooling/fixture, work instructions, and CNC programs.
Qualification Requirements:
BS degree in Engineering preferred. Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role preferred. Proficient with CNC machine operation and set up. Proficient in CAD/CAM software. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques (CNC equipped). Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Continuous commitment to health and safety standards. Capable of contributing to a team effort and working independently.
