Job Description:

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Manufacturing Engineer.

Position Type:

Full time Contract, Possible Contract to hire.

Duration:

12months

Location:

Rochester, NY (Onsite) As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Perform tasks in a manufacturing and/or prototyping environment. Review and provide feedback on electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical drawings and designs. Translate drawing requirements into detailed work instructions for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex end-products. Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure program schedule milestones are met. Own product schedule development

• coordinate across disciplines to ensure agreement amongst stakeholders.

Troubleshoot issues individually and collaboratively to find quick and safe solutions that minimize schedule delays. Balance multiple projects and priorities and communicate clearly to operations leadership. Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation. Adhere to established policies, procedures, and proper labor charging practices.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Experience in the Aerospace or Defense industry. Familiarity with machinery, machine building, and precision engineering. Experience with Optical Metrology. Knowledge of mechanical builds and tolerances, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Ideal candidates will:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 2-8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and/or prototyping environment. Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range

• : $40
• $45 per hour.
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
