Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in process engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
Duties:
The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment. The position involves developing and improving processes to meet ISO 9001 and IPC standards, ensuring compliance with GD&T requirements, and utilizing a vision inspection system to monitor production quality.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining schematics for manufacturing processes and equipment Collaborating with production teams to optimize assembly line efficiency and productivity Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase quality Conducting root cause analysis to identify and address manufacturing issues Creating and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects Utilizing AutoCAD to create and edit manufacturing designs and schematics
Experience:
Applicants should have a degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering. Experience with project scheduling, root cause analysis, and
ISO 9001
compliance is highly desirable.
